Company

Sepro is based in Oceanside, California and was founded by private investors in 1998.
The company currently maintains its headquarters at this location where all product manufacturing and development is performed.  We welcome visitors to our modern facility for tours and to meet our staff.  Sepro has additional offices in Los Angeles and the eastern U.S. 

Bill Light

Bill has 30 years of experience in the membrane industry and has been the president of Sepro since 2000.  Previously, he was the president of Fluid Systems Corporation and general manager of Osmonics, Inc.  Bill is a chemical engineer with a B.S. degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.

Bridget Owens

Bridget is the office manager for the company’s main facility in Oceanside, California.  She has over 12 years of experience in the membrane industry in sales and administration.  Bridget’s prior experience includes a similar position at GE Water and Process Technologies.

Charles Martin

Charles is the manager of quality control and facilities manager.  He has been with the company since 2000.  He has held similar positions at the Encina Wastewater Plant and the San Onofre Power Station.

Jim Cummings

Jim is the manager of membrane manufacturing.  He has over 20 years of experience in the membrane industry, including technical positions at Osmonics, Inc., and Purification Products Corporation.  Jim is the inventor of several of Sepro’s proprietary membranes.

Josh de la Cruz

Josh is an applications development engineer experienced in fluid separations in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, auto, semiconductor and power industries. He has specialized in industrial wastewater management and critical sanitary applications. His membrane experience covers 16 years having worked with companies such as Desalinations Systems, Osmonics, GE Water and Hydranautics. Josh is responsible for sales in United States and is fluent in Spanish.

Rob Oberling

Rob is the senior sales engineer specializing in the E-coat market.  He has over 20 years of experience in the membrane industry.  Previous experience includes similar positions with PTI, Koch Membrane Systems, and Synder.  Rob is based in the state of Georgia.
