Our sanitary element construction meets the requirements established in the 3A Sanitary Standards for Crossflow Membrane Modules, number 45-01. Our element construction has been examined and accepted by the USDA for dairy applications; all of our food process products are manufactured to the same standards.

		Standard sanitary element features • Choice of twenty-seven food grade membranes.  Polypropylene backing fabric is available for applications involving extreme high or low pH feed streams or cleaning regimes. • Polysulfone and/or stainless steel components • Feed spacer ranging from 26 mil to 120 mil in thickness in a variety of profiles • Standard or high pressure/temperature construction.
